The camera is faulty since it does not get detected on any computer.
If you have tested your camera on different computers, and it is not detected in any of them, it seems that your camera is faulty. You can return it to the place of purchase according to these instructions.
If you purchased it from the Intel RealSense Store, please sign in to your account on http://www.intelrealsense.com and go to My Account -> My Orders -> Return or Replace Items or open a ticket through here.
If you did not purchase your Intel RealSense Camera from the Intel Store, contact your distributor for a return.
