How to fix it
- If the camera is a peripheral, ensure the camera is connected to a USB 3 port directly on the PC using the USB 3 cable provided in the product packaging.
- Gather logs and send them to Intel RealSense Customer Support in a new support ticket.
Collect and send all logs from directories:
%TEMP% is typically, "C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Temp\"
%windir% is typically "C:\Windows\"
- If you ran the GUI installer, take a screenshot of the error screen and attach it to the ticket.
