Hi Mohammadmahmoodi8020  Please try resetting the calibration of your cameras to their factory-new default calibration in the RealSense Viewer tool with the instructions at the link below.

Thank you for your kind reply, I already did it and also reinstall the 5.14 firmware. Unfortunately, the problem still persists.

Which RealSense camera model are you using, please?

Also, which computer or computing board are you using (Raspberry Pi, Nvidia Jetson, desktop / laptop PC, etc).

Can you provide an image of the error message?

I'm using D435 and Windows PC with a direct USB 3.0 connection. Both the Realsense viewer and Calibration tool apps are updated to the latest version.

The error message error 9986 intel streaming profile is not supported or configuration failed has not been previously reported.

Instead of using version 2.12.0.0 of the Dynamic Calibration tool, are you able to instead calibrate the camera using the On-Chip Calibration option in the drop-down menu of the  More option near the top of the RealSense Viewer's options side-panel?

Also, may I ask whether you have installed the RealSense UWP driver at the link below on your computer?  If you have then this driver is not required for using RealSense cameras with Windows and has been known in the past to cause errors with the Dynamic Calibration tool.

I installed the RealSense UWP driver. The results are the same. The on-chip calibration is working for me but the results are not satisfactory. I always get better results with the Dynamic Calibration tool.

Although you are using a USB 3 connection, I wonder whether it is being mis-detected as USB 2.1.  The Dynamic Calibration tool requires USB 3.  If it was attempting to use a resolution of 1280x720 at 30 FPS then that streaming profile would not be supported on your D435 on USB 2 (which only supports 6 FPS at 1280x720 resolution).

You can check whether the camera connection is being detected as USB 3 or USB 2.1 by looking at the number beside the camera name at the top of the RealSense Viewer's options side-panel.

yes, I did. I'm using USB 3.0 and also a high-quality USB 3.0 cable. besides, I checked the
Realsense viewer for checking my connection is USB 3.2.

Thank you.  Next, let's test for the possibility of a corrupted calibration table inside the camera, which can prevent the Dynamic Calibration tool from working when run.  The calibration table can be repaired by running a procedure called a gold reset.  A gold reset can be performed using the CustomRW program that is installed when the Dynamic Calibration tool is installed, so you should already have it on your computer if you have installed Dynamic Calibration.

Open the Command Prompt text interface on your Windows computer.  Then activate the factory reset function of CustomRW by launching the tool in the Command Prompt window with the command below:

    Intel.RealSense.CustomRW -g

Thank you very much for your patience.  Please next try downgrading your camera firmware from 5.14.0.0 to the previous version 5.13.0.50 to test whether there is an incompatibility with 5.14.0.0, which was released after version 2.12.0.0 of Dynamic Calibration was released on 23 August 2022.

    https://dev.intelrealsense.com/docs/firmware-releases#d400-series-firmware-downloads

If you have installed the current latest version 2.53.1 of the RealSense SDK using the installer program Intel.RealSense.SDK-WIN10 then I would recommend not downgrading from 5.14.0.0 though.

I already installed 2.53.1. Is there any problem with downgrading?

I remember two of my cameras had 5.13.0.5 and they had the same issue.

Firmware 5.14.0.0 is the recommended firmware for use with SDK version 2.53.1 and there has been a report of an error when using 5.13.0.50 with 2.53.1.  So I would recommend staying with your current 5.14.0.0 firmware if using SDK 2.53.1.

You stated that you are using a high-quality USB 3.0 cable.  Is this a long length cable of your own choice?  If it is, have you tried using Dynamic Calibration with the official 1 meter USB cable supplied with the camera?

I downgraded to 5.13.0.50. I was using the original 1m cable. nothing changed.

Let's try the previous 5.11.0.0 version of the Dynamic Calibration tool.  I located a zip file for this version and uploaded it to Google Drive so that you can download the zip from there and extract its contents to run the installer program.

The download can be launched by left-clicking on the download icon on the Drive page.

I removed 5.12 with Revo Uninstaller to be sure there is no registry or leftover folder.  In 5.11 I got another error code. The error 9998 (unknown)

At this point we have tried everything that could be attempted to resolve a problem with launching the Dynamic Calibration tool and you have stated that it also occurs on several of your cameras and with different computers.  I would therefore recommend going back to On-Chip Calibration.  If you create a new issue for that on this support forum then I will be pleased to work with you to improve your calibration results with On-Chip.
