Hi Dhongfhel  Tare calibration improves the depth measurement accuracy of the camera.  It may not be necessary for the D405 camera model though, as it is designed to provide high accuracy, high quality images at close range to the object / surface that is being observed by the camera.

Because the D405 is not equipped with an IR projector component like the one that other 400 Series camera models have, it may also be difficult to achieve a good result with the Tare / On-Chip calibration tools unless the scene that the camera is observing is strongly illuminated with external lighting.

So you also don't recommend me doing even an on-chip self calibration to it?

On-chip self calibration is worth trying.  Good illumination of the scene will likely be more important with D405 though.
