There are no connected devices(L515)

  Hi Jh34ryu,

   

  We apologize for the inconvenience.

   

  The first thing to try is flipping the USB-C connector into the camera and inserting it the opposite way to change its polarity. If this does not help, it most probably is a faulty camera.

  I didn't do anything wrong. I have two L515 camera. and my colleague also using two L515. The faulty camera was not connected well before like usb2.0 even i connected with usb3.0. I contacted to reseller in korea. they said if it passed one year after buy the camera. they can not do any service.  

  I Firmware Updated with SDK 2.35.2. after Firmware Update the camera not working.

  I don't think so it's my fault the reason of a faulty camera
