435 i dynamic callibrator
Hello!
When i try to use the dynamic calibrator the camera lags alot/sometimes stops.
I have updated the camera and using 05.14.00.00. If i try to use the windows camera app it works flawless. Im using this on a zbook g7.
Also when i updated the drivers in device manager the calibrator cant start the camera, getting error code.
Anyone got a clue why it lags?
Best regards

Hi Lars Ortegren May I first ask which version of the RealSense SDK you are using, please? Firmware 5.14.0.0 should only be used with SDK version 2.53.1 otherwise you may experience errors.

Thanks very much for the version confirmation.
Have you installed a driver called the RealSense UWP driver? Doing so has been known in the past to cause problems for camera streams and an error in the Dynamic Calibration tool.
Have you tried instead using RealSense's other main calibration tool, On-Chip Calibration. This is accessible by going to the More option near the top of the RealSense Viewer tool's options side-panel and selecting On-Chip Calibration from its drop-down menu.

It sounds like the error that the UWP driver was causing in the past. The UWP driver can be removed from your computer by completely uninstalling the Depth and RGB drivers from the Device Manager and reinstalling them by using the instructions at the link below.
