Camera is recgnized now by flashing firmware on intel PC. But DCM still cannot be installed on the Ryzen PC. It might be the problem of the firmware updater.

Hi Liuruifangshiwo  Could you install RealSense SDK 2.0 on your computer please?   This will provide access to modern firmware update tools, as the methods that you are using date back to 2016.

You can download the installer file for SDK 2.0 by visiting the link below, scrolling down to the Assets list at the bottom of the page and then downloading and running the file highlighted below:

    https://github.com/IntelRealSense/librealsense/releases/tag/v2.40.0

When you have installed SDK 2.0, please let me know below and I can assist you with the next step.   Thanks!

The DCM dates back to 2016 and so may become increasingly incompatible with Windows as time goes by.   It was also designed for use with Windows PCs with Intel Core processors specifically.  So if you are using it with AMD or with an Intel processor that is not an Intel Core then you may experience problems.

The DCM is obsolete though if you have an internet connection.  This is because in 2017, Intel introduced automatic installation of the SR300 drivers over an internet connection when the camera is plugged into the USB port.
