1. Please what will be the minimum product committed existence/longevity in market (years) ?

2. When will be the official sales release?

Hello Pbaena,

We cannot guarantee a minimum product availability in the market. However, the RealSenseID F450 and F455 come with a standard 1-year warranty.

The product page on the RealSense store says pre-orders will start shipping on March 30.
