    the problem is related to hardware issue. I cannot solve it. You should request exchange or return it back. I already return it.

    I am facing the exact same issue. Is exchanging the hardware the only solution. People who exchanged, Is the new product working fine after using them for a long time continuously?

    Yes it is working fine. For the long time, I am not sure because I stop using when due to my scope of objective cannot be achieve for macro scale.
