    Hello Spi,

Please describe further how to reproduce your issue.

    1. Are you using the rsid-viewer.exe from the binary installation of the RealSenseID SDK or did you build it from source?
    2. Are you using the latest version of the RealSenseID SDK?
    3. Are you trying to enroll or authenticate?
    4. Device or host mode?
    5. Do other RealSenseID SDK tools, such as rsid-cli.exe, work?
    6. What about the C++ and C sample programs?
    7. Can you send us your log output?

    Sincerely,
    Jesus G.

    Hello Spi,

The serial number 10446228094299A27FM10464-100 does not seem to belong to an F455. The serial number is listed on the camera and on the camera box. Can you confirm which serial number is on the camera?

It seems that your F455 is not being properly recognized. To confirm if your PC detects the F455, send us a screenshot of your Device Manager with the following nodes expanded:

Device Manager | Cameras -> should list Intel F450

Device Manager | Ports (COM & LPT) -> should list USB Serial Device (COM#)

When you run rsid-cli.exe, make sure you use the COM# as: rsid-cli.exe COM# (# shown in Ports (COM & LPT).

Also, upgrade to RealSenseID SDK v.0.16.0 (rsid_sdk_v0.16.0_win64.exe) with firmware version F450_2.4.2.74_SIGNED.bin.

    Sincerely,
    Jesus G.
