    Hello Iwamoto-atsushi,

    Thank you for contacting us.

There is another way to update the firmware, follow this rs-fw-update Tool documentation for firmware update.

    Hello Iwamoto-atsushi,

Use the recovery flag and run rs-fw-update -r -f Signed_Image_UVC_version.bin

Please share with us the screenshot of Device Manager -> Cameras to check if the L515 is not recognized at all.

    Regards,

I haven't tried rs-fw-update yet, thanks for the additional answer.

    Hello Iwamoto-atsushi,

Are you able to install the firmware using rs-fw-update tool?

    Hello Zulkifli Halim

Sorry for the delay, I used the tool but it did not change the situation.

The tool works without error, but will it work correctly without drivers and without any specification for L515?

    Hello Zulkifli Halim

I'm in same situation of lwamoto-atsushi. I tried update the firmware from realsenseViewer and failed to write the firmware.

I tried a lot of things: Different computers and different SO, changed cable USB, different version of linux kernel and realsense releases. Nothing make the camera work again.
In linux when I connect the camera, the kernel log show information about the camera but the rs-fw-update not detect nothing.
