are there compatible drivers available for the RealSense camera that are compatible with the Arm Cortex processor running on the DE1-SoC board

Hi Moumouni Abdoul RealSense 400 Series cameras are compatible with any Arm or Intel processor.

I note that the DE1-SoC product is built around the Altera System-on-Chip (SoC) FPGA. Resources about using RealSense cameras with FPGA boards are listed at the link below.
