Hello,

I hope you are well,

Customer is having a know issue with part:

82638L515G1PRQ x2

Customer is claiming that part is no longer recognize by USB3, only by USB2.1,

The max resolution of the cameras is no longer able to be achieve.

SN of the devices is F0264560 and F0271252

Could you please advise if we can assume that part is defective?
