Support for the VF0800 camera

Dear Team,

I am having a Creative VF0800 camera and i want to integrate the camera with ubuntu OS.

I have tried various link from internet but was not able to get the camera working.

Can i get get any support for it? I need installation guide and the API for Ubuntu and ROS.

Hi David Workacc08 The VF0800 was also known as the RealSense F200. It is not supported by modern RealSense software but there was a programming SDK for Ubuntu that supported it and is still available as the Legacy Librealsense SDK at the link below.

There was also a ROS compatibility 'wrapper' called realsense_camera that supported F200 which requires the use of the old Kinetic branch of ROS, which is now 'end of life' (no longer updated).
