Hi Javier  The RealSense Store has a contact form that you can use to enquire about the status of your order.  Please visit the link below and select My Order from the drop-down list below the 'Please Select a Topic' category.

Thank you Marty. It looks like is in backorder.

    This is what they replied:

"We apologize for any inconvenience caused as the product you have ordered is in backorder. Rest assured we will ship the product as soon as it has been restocked at our facility and we will get back to you with further updates."

Really disappointing, its been 3 weeks, and the orders/support team have no idea when it will be restocked.

Intel should stop receiving orders or mention that the product is in backorder.

I received an ETA update, they said it should be shipped by the end of November.

Hello, A realsense PM told me to order from Digikey from now.

I received the camera 45 days later. I am wondering why the D456 is still Out of Stock on the official Realsense Store Website.

Certain RealSense products can become out of stock due to high demand and are restocked at an unspecified date.   Restocks can be tracked by clicking a Notify me when this product is in stock link on the store page.

An alternative to the D456 when out of stock is to purchase a D457 (which has the same IP65 casing protection as D456) and flip the in-built mode switch in its casing to use it on a USB connection.
