What is the closest focusing distance of D456
I'm trying to dicided the version of D400 Series. My camera maybe work below 30cm, and I want know the closest focusing distance of D456.

Hi Horizon Zry The D455-class of cameras such as D456 would be suited for a minimum distance of 0.5 meters (50 cm).
A D435 could meet your requirement of a 30 cm minimum distance.
If you need to work at a little below 30 cm then a D435 may still be able to meet that goal. A setting called Disparity Shift can be used to reduce the minimum depth sensing distance of the camera, at the expense of reducing the maximum depth range.
If image quality and accuracy is important to you then the D405 model would be worth considering, as it specializes in close-range sensing, has an ideal depth sensing range of 7 cm to 50 cm and provides high quality, high accuracy images at that range. However, it would not be suitable if the lighting level of the location that it will be used in is dark, or if the objects being depth-sensed have plain surfaces with low detail or no detail.
