i can not see rgb camera

i installed realsense SDK on jetson nano(the jetson nano supports USB 3.1,i use D435)
and i entered realsense-viewer code.

stereo Module was working and show me the depth data but RGB Camera didn't work.

and USB port version was changed when i tried to see RGB Camera.

to fix this situation i tried the following solutions

Flip the USB C connector that is inserted into the camera and re-insert it the opposite way.

Use the USB cable that came with the RealSense camera.

Plug the USB cable into the port for a few millimeters less.

i want to use Depth Camera for mapping and slam

If this issue does not affect mapping and slam, I would like to do it without solving this issue

Hi Megan001222 Can you confirm please that you are enabling the camera in the RealSense Viewer's options side-panel by clicking on the red icon beside RGB Camera and not using the 'Add Source' button at the top of the panel. If you only have one RealSense camera attached then Add Source would only list non-RealSense RGB cameras such as a laptop's built in webcam and show it as USB 2.1.

Can you also confirm please which RealSense Viewer version you are using and what the current firmware driver version installed in your D435 is.

I already clicked on the red button next to the RGB camera and didn't add any other sources. I checked it again, but it still only works stereo module.

Rralsense Viewer version is 2.55.1.0
firmware driver version is 5.16.0.1

As your depth stream is working, please try using the instructions at the link below to reset the camera to its default factory-new calibration settings in the RealSense Viewer.
