Hi Ian Oberdorf  If you are using Windows then each individual RealSense camera has its own pair of depth and RGB drivers installed on the computer.  So if you have two D415 then there will be 2x the pair of drivers on your computer.

If there was a problem with the RGB driver of one of the cameras then it is conceivable that one camera could show RGB whilst the other could not.

You can test whether the affected camera's RGB driver has a problem by uninstalling both the RGB and depth driver for that camera from the Cameras category of the Windows Device Manager, and then unplugging the camera, waiting a couple of seconds and plugging the camera back in.  The driver pair for that camera should then automatically reinstall and you can test whether the reinstalled RGB driver allows the RGB stream to work.

I have attempted this again as you asked but it is still showing that frames are not being received.

If a camera works normally and then suddenly stops working overnight, another possible cause is that Windows has installed an update that conflicts with the camera.  This has happened a number of times in the past.  If this is the cause then the update would have taken place about 2 days ago at the time of writing this.

The Microsoft link below provides information about viewing the Windows update history and uninstalling updates.
