Hi Alberto Biencinto Please first try unplugging the micro-sized USB connector from the side of the camera, turning the connector around the other way and re-inserting it (USB-C cables are two-way insertion at the micro-sized end).
If that does not make a difference, next please try inserting the large end of the USB cable into the Jetson's USB port with a quick, firm insertion all the way in, as a slow insertion or a partial insertion could cause the camera to be mis-detected as being on a USB 2.1 connection.

Is the powered hub a USB 3.1 hub, please? If the hub was a 2.0 one then attaching the camera to it would cause it to act as a 2.0 device even if the cable is USB3-capable.
Does the camera still detect as 2.0 if you go to the More option near the top of the Viewer's options side-panel and reset the camera by selecting Hardware Reset from the 'More' option's drop-down menu?

What is your camera's firmware driver version, please? Very old drivers more often mis-detected as USB 2.1, and the likelihood of this occurring was bug-fixed in a later firmware version. You can find your firmware version details by clicking in the 'Info' option at the top of the Viewer's options side-panel.
Have you tried the camera in all of the USB 3.2 ports on the Orin Nano, as it has four of them.
