Movement Tracking limitation
Hi I am thinking of bying a T265 for slow velocity tracking.
I have previously used a IMU only based system and have realised that there is a lower velocity limit, that is trackable with an imu due to sensor drift and noise issues.
Are there such constrains for this system as well?
Are slow movements with velocities of few mm/s trackable?

Drift can occur with the T265 when velocity is low. The subject is analyzed in a long discussion in the link below.

Advice included in this discussion about addressing the drift problem was: "In order to gain high quality tracking you should cause the T265 enough motion to help it understand its local position accurately ... this could be achieved by moving the T265 (probably in a slightly higher speed, than the speed your rover moves). After a high confidence is achieved you should be able to move in your original speed".
