    Only forum support is available for RealSense cameras, and remote connection to a computer to solve a problem is not offered.

    This problem with DSAPI has most often occurred in the past with RealSense cameras that are built into the computer device, such as in a laptop or tablet.  Is yours a built in camera please, and what is the manufacturer and model name of your device?

    yes..its a build in camera .Lenovo  model is ideapad500

    Built in RealSense cameras are very hard to repair once they have a problem, much harder than external USB RealSense cameras.  It is something that you could spend days trying to fix and not succeed.

    The best and perhaps the only option would be to use Lenovo's OneKey recovery tool to restore the IdeaPad to its bought-new state.  If you do not want to lose data such as work that you have stored on the IdeaPad then it would be better just to leave the camera non-working.
