    Yes, the F200 supports face landmark and hand / finger joint detection.  It is an obsolete camera that is no longer updated or supported by Intel though, and you will need to use the old 2016 Windows SDK if you need face tracking support.

    The F200 can track the movement of facial landmark points around the eyes when the head is moved.  It can also follow head movement based on other facial points such as the nose and chin.  It does not do blink detection though.

    The original SR300 has the same capabilities, as it is the direct successor of the F200.
