camera of computer is not working
hi Dear
camera in my camputer is not working and always showing following massage.
Intel(R)realsence(TM)3DcameraVitrualDriver.
kindly advise how I can fix it or please advise what I should do, because I have to use camera for work everyday but every day are very angary of me because I can't attend and I show my face and because of COVID19 all shops were close and need help ASAP please

Hi Fvmava. Which RealSense camera model are you using please?
If you have an F200 or SR300 camera, these models have a built in audio microphone, so at the least you may be able to use it as a voice only mic for a voice call with no video picture so that you can take part in work meetings on conferencing programs such as Skype, Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
If you have an F200 or SR300 and are not experienced in using technical aspects of Windows such as the Device Manager, a simple starting point for trying to fix the Virtual Driver would be to try downloading and running a Windows program called the Depth Camera Manager (DCM).
The DCM installation program can be obtained by visiting the link below and downloading the file called intel_rs_dcm_sr300_3.4.98.4970.exe if you have an SR300 camera or intel_rs_dcm_f200_1.5.98.25275.exe if you have an F200 camera.

Make sure the F200 or SR300 camera is plugged into a USB 3 port on the computer (they do not work with USB 2) and then run the downloaded DCM to launch the camera driver installation process.
If you have a 400 Series camera such as D415 or D435, please let me know and I will try to help you to get a video image with it.
