  The file Intel_RealSense_DWS_1.1.pdf which was provided as part of the zip package for the DIM Weight Software contains information on how to properly use the software. Specifically, sections 3, 4, and 5 contain the information you need. Let us know if you still have issues after following the guidance in Intel_RealSense_DWS_1.1.pdf.
