RealSense ROS1 wrapper 2.2.20 released (SDK 2.40.0 and ROS1 Noetic support)

Hi everyone,

Version 2.2.20 of the RealSense ROS1 wrapper has been released.  It supports the new librealsense SDK 2.40.0 and adds official ROS1 Noetic support, amongst other additions.
