L515 doesn't work

    If you have checked the device manager and done all the steps listed and it still does not work, it is likely that the camera is faulty.

    You can return or replace the camera to the place of purchase according to the instructions below:

    • If you purchased it from the Intel RealSense Store, please sign in to your account on and go to My Account -> My Orders -> Return or Replace Items or open a ticket here.
    • If you did not purchase your Intel RealSense Camera from the Intel Store, contact your distributor for a return.
