L515 Error in RealSense Viewer
Hello,
I just got my L515, and I followed the instructions to download the RealSense Viewer and SDK 2.0 from the GitHub website. My device is recognized when I open the viewer, but when I attempt to turn on the depth sensor or RGB camera, an error window pops up reading this:
Backend in rs2_get_option(options:0000026A52854C00, option:Backlight Compensation):
hr returned: HResult 0x80070005: "Access is denied."
I have not found this issue in any other posts, but I have tried the following steps from potentially similar issues:
Note: I am using Windows 10 with a NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 graphics card
Verifying my graphics driver is up to date and reinstalling it
Restarting my computer
Unplugging the L515 device and plugging back in (and trying different USB ports)
Verifying that my camera settings allow apps to access the camera (including the RealSense Viewer)
I do not know what else to try, and I would greatly appreciate any help! Thank you.

Hi Chazokada,
Could you try updating the camera to the latest firmware?
You can flash the firmware using the RealSense Viewer.

Rizal
