DWS Viewer Stuck at "Starting Camera"
Hi
I initially activated my L515 camera on my home desktop, and the DWS Viewer software works fine on it. Now I am trying to run the software and camera on an Intel NUC. The device is getting detected in device manager, I am able to run Realsense-Viewer and see it's point cloud, and even the DWS Activation Tool seems to detect it. However, when I run the "Intel Realsense DIM Weight Software", it gets stuck at "Starting Camera....". I have copied the License file that I generated on my home computer onto the NUC as well.
Am I supposed to do the activation process again for the NUC device? Or is the issue something else? Please help me. Thank you. PFA screenshots.

Hi Arpit,
What are the CPU specs of your NUC and your exact Windows build?
If your NUC is not powerful, this may cause the software to get stuck on "Starting camera".
When you copy over the license file, it should not be modified in any way and it must be pasted into the same directory where the Intel DIM Weight Software.exe resides.
Make sure you are not using a low power mode that restricts multi-threading.
Sincerely,

I had been unable to log on to your website earlier when you posted your comment, so wasn't able to reply earlier. Sorry about that.
I'm using an Intel NUC Mini with Intel Celeron processor running Windows 10: https://www.amazon.in/Intel-Essential-NUC7CJYSAL-Desktop-Computer/dp/B07G5D7FGM/ref=sr_1_3?adgrpid=58653491213&dchild=1&ext_vrnc=hi&gclid=CjwKCAiAi_D_BRApEiwASslbJxFuSTBJIQ-C-qVbmIRdPza2j5w0Ho2DRzk7eLNL4BQbio34UN66cRoCzSQQAvD_BwE&hvadid=294132874487&hvdev=c&hvlocphy=1007768&hvnetw=g&hvqmt=e&hvrand=3536699935027924698&hvtargid=kwd-304289890068&hydadcr=25658_1900994&keywords=intel+nuc+mini&qid=1610408224&sr=8-3&tag=googinhydr1-21
Is there any way to debug whether the issue is due to lack of processing power or something else? I copied the License file as-is in the same directory as it was in my Home PC.

Hello Arpit,
It is possible that the DWS software cannot run on your NUC because of lack of processing power. Your NUC has a Celeron processor that was released in Q4'17 and only 4 GB of memory.
On page 17, section 7.2, of the DWS User Guide, Intel_RealSense_DWS_v1.1.pdf, the system requirements are:
7.2 Host (PC) configuration
The recommended configuration to optimally run DWS is as follows:
• Intel Core i5 (6th Gen minimum) processor, 8GB memory
o This assumes a desktop/laptop with sufficient cooling arrangements to make use of the CPU.
o Ultra-portable laptops that do have Intel Core i5 CPUs, but utilize fanless designs may suffer poor DWS performanceIs your Home PC more powerful than your NUC?
Sincerely,
Jesus G.

Hello Arpit,
Below are instructions for enabling debug mode and gathering logs. However, logs may not be created in your case because the program does not get that far due to the low processing power of your system.
To enable debug mode open the file AppConfiguration.json in the SDK directory. Change the value of “Development” from false to true, save the file, and start the application. Log files are saved in C:\temp\Realsense\Logs\.
