Currently, SDK v2.41.0 and new firmware are only available for L515 users.

Since the separate firmware image has not yet been updated, you should try the update through the Recommended Updates pop-up window in the RealSense viewer.

However, users of D415, D435, D435i, D455 will stop updating and throw an error if 30% of the updates are in progress.

If a problem occurs while the tool is looking for the firmware:

The cause is not a corrupt or installation error in the download package.

The result was the same with a fresh download or reinstall.

You can fix the problem by restoring the general settings of the RealSense viewer.

The values didn't change after the reset, but the firmware update worked fine without any problems.

Hi jakemin  SDK 2.41.0 works for all supported camera models (I have just installed and tested to confirm this), and I have not had any other reports of problems from other RealSense users who have downloaded it.  I was also able to successfully complete firmware update in the RealSense Viewer.

If you are having problems with firmware updates stopping at the 30% point, may I ask please whether you are performing the firmware update using the official 1 meter USB cable supplied with the camera (which is what I would recommend) or a longer cable of your own choice?

The point in the firmware update process where you may be experiencing problems is when the camera tries to switch into recovery mode before continuing with installation.  After the camera attempts to reset from its normal operating mode into recovery mode, the firmware process may not be detecting the camera again.
