NIR values different across picture
When i take a picture with my realsense d435 and extract the NIR values from objects in the picture, i get big differences in NIR values across the picture. The objects in the middle part have a higher NIR value than at the edges and the right has higher values than the left. To combat this i tried to put the camera in an enclosed box only using the laser as a light source but i still got this problem. I tried calibrating the camera but still no success. Are there parameters i can adjust to reduce this effect? Kind regards

Hi Willemspriensma You could try using the guidance at the link below to define a Region of Interest (ROI) for the entire image. A ROI will attempt to maintain the intensity of all of the pixels inside the ROI area at a Setpoint value that can be defined by the user.
