How to get depth value for depth stream image when use realsense viewer selecting 2D mode

We're exporting a PNG image, and I want to get the depth value for each pixel.

Thanks for reaching out to Intel® RealSense™ Technical Support.

For your information, depth value will be lost when it is saved into PNG format, whilst RAW format will preserve the depth value. To implement the feature for Python, please refer to https://github.com/IntelRealSense/realsense-ros/issues/1312. For C++ users, please refer to https://github.com/IntelRealSense/librealsense/issues/1485
