Intel® RealSense™ Tracking Camera T265 - max current drawn in fault state

Hello,

I want to ask whether there is a state where T265 camera can draw more current - for example if some sort of fault occurs.

Documentation states that for 5V it will draw 300mA (source: datasheet, table 3-12) when operated in normal state. 

Could this value go up and stay there for longer period of time? For example 2000mA?  Or is there some current limiting IC that will cut off power if such a fault occured?

We need this answered for certification purposes.

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    For your information, if the Intel® RealSense™ Tracking Camera T265 is faulty, it might draw more current. Therefore, it is not recommended to use a faulty camera.
