L515 just randomly stopped working

Hello,
I was using L515 with tablet Samsung S6 and Dot3D without any problem since April ( 3 months). But today it just stopped working! I tried to change cables, also tried to connect older D435 and everything seems ok and the device is detected. This is super strange because no updates on the camera were performed because it was only used with tablet. Now I cannot detect the camera on Win 10. When I run:
.\rs-enumerate-devices.exe
No device detected. Is it plugged in?

Here is device manager:

Pls, help! The camera never had fallen, was stored in a box and out of blue it just stops being recognized by Dot3D and Windows10!

Moreover, just tested it on Ubuntu 18.04: L515 is also not detected there

I found multiple issues here like this one https://support.intelrealsense.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/1500000453121-Interl-Realsense-L515-Not-detected-by-Windows-10
1. I am using USB3 from the box and tested with D435i it works, with L515 doesnt
2. I'm connecting it directly to the computer
3. Again - no physical damage, it was working perfectly before
4. Tried on both Ubuntu and Windows system - no success
