camera L515 does not start with the dws

Hello.

I have an L515 camera and it is being detected in the device manager, I am able to run Realsense-Viewer and see its point cloud, and even the DWS Activation Tool seems to detect it. However, when I run "Intel Realsense DIM Weight Software", it gets stuck in "Starting the camera...". I performed a test of unplugging the camera while the screen is "starting camera..." and nothing happens. Below are my computer settings.

    I used debug mode, from the AppConfiguration.json file in the SDK directory. But I can't see anything

    Thank you for contacting us.

    Have you tried to launch Intel Realsense DIM Weight Software.exe using the command prompt?
    Make sure you are not using a low-power mode that restricts multi-threading.

    I have exactly the same issue. I waited also a new and clean PC (i7 10850H) and nothing changes.

    Full power. Launched at command prompt (also to check if there are some command line parameters).

    How can I investigate?
