    Hi Rahul,

    F455 camera can be connected to Raspberry Pi 3 and 4. The Instruction for Linux is working fine for Raspberry Pi. Please note that USB 2.0 port is unable to detect the F455 camera. For Raspberry Pi 3, you need to connect F455 with USB 3.0 hub.

    I'm also using raspberry pi. Rsid-cli program works fine.

    If you are using the latest SDK, you need to update your device firmware to the latest firmware.

    Still i'm getting same error. I tried with F450_4.0.0.37_SKU1_SIGNED.bin but it's showing below error in snapshots.

    Replay as soon as possible. it's urgent.

    If you use the viewer program to update the firmware, please download the old SDK.

    download link : Releases · IntelRealSense/RealSenseID · GitHub

    There are some precautions when updating firmware.

    Update the firmware step by step.

    Ex ) If your device firmware version : 2.6.0.74 (version 0.17.1)

    Version 0.17.1 -> 0.21.0 try update ( X )

    Version 0.17.1 -> 0.18.1 -> 0.19.0 -> 0.21.0 try update ( O )

    I updated the firmware of the device using the above method.

    I don't know if it's not this problem.

    Good luck.

    Hi Rahul,

    Glad to know you can get it to work.

    Unfortunately, we do not have this automatic authentication.

    Hi Rahul,

    You can update with rsid-fw-update which is generated in  \build\bin\ directory after building.

    ./rsid-fw-update --file /<download_dir>/F450_4.2.1.8201_SKU1_SIGNED.bin --port /dev/ttyACM0
