Device Error when connecting my F455 to REALSENSE ID Viewer
I just received my F455 today and tried to connect it to a Windows 10 computer. I installed the REALSENSE ID Viewer v0.21.0 and when I run the program it pops up a box saying:
"Device Error" Device failed to respond. Please reconnect the device and try again. If the issue persists, flash firmware version 4.0 or newer.
I tried to update the firmware to 'F450_188.8.131.52_SKU1_SIGNED.bin' and select 'Yes' to perform a full update with the Database Incompatibility, it comes back with a popup box saying "Unsupported firmware version" Firmware cannot be updated directly to the chosen version. Flash firmware version 3.1.#.# first. Where can I download this firmware version from? Please advise.

Thanks Rahul, I finally saw the Assets pull-down under each of the releases. I ended up loading the tools and firmware for Version 0.19.0 and updating the Firmware to "F450_184.108.40.206_SKU1_SIGNED.bin". Once I had update to 3.1 I was able to use Release Version 0.21.0 and update the firmware to "F450_220.127.116.11_SKU1_SIGNED.bin". Now everything works great.
