    Hi team,

    I would like to let you know the same issue is still around. I have updated the firmware ,but no luck till now. The 3D camera will only work for couple of minutes and stop. 2D camera works ok. I turn the log into debug mode. Please check if the log file is helpful. Many thanks! The request number is 16931, according to your message below
