    Hi Bslatinasrl,

    I apologize for this inconvenience. Since the DWS can no longer be purchased, you can return your camera. 

    If you'd like to return your camera, contact the original retailer you purchased from. If it was purchased from the RealSense store within the last 30 days, you can return it by signing in to your account on http://www.intelrealsense.com and go to My Account -> My Orders -> Return or Replace Items or open a ticket here

    Hi Sahira,

    I don't want to send the camera back.
    I have invested more than 2000 euros in the project.
    Everything worked correctly.
    I need time to develop the software on my own and the license was convenient for me. Help me with other demo licenses for 3/4 months. my email is bslatinasrl@gmail.com.
