L515 Connection Problem

Hi, I tested L515 sensors on Ubuntu based SBC(Nvidia NX B/D). There was no problems if only one L515 is connected. If two L515 are connected to SBC, a specific L515 sensor is not activated after a certain period time. To overcome this problem,How I tested are as below.

① replacement of cable 

② software reset processing

③ tested on X64 PC(Windows10)

Unfortunately, the L515 disabled phenomenon was not resolved with upper methods. To fix this problem, I should unplug the cable and reconnect to SBC.

We were preparing to develop a production system using this sensor.  If we can't get any solution, we should exchange other sensor for our system. 

Please let me know any solution

    Thank you for your material.It really helpful our development process. 
    If I try like your helping document, can you guarantee that streaming data is continuously collected without interruption?
    After 18 hours of continuous testing, the L515 did not work abruptly.

    Hi Joohan,

     

    Sorry for the late response. We cannot confirm it will work without interruption for 18 long hours. We suggest you try 2 L515 on Windows PC.
