Technical Support Request L515 - s699052
Hello,
Please find the problem below:
Lidar Intel RealSense L515 s/n Depth Sensor is not working on the
device. When you enable RealSense Viewer v2.47.0 (Windows 10 Home, build
19043.1110) and connect the RealSense L515 to the USB port, the device is
detected. Enabling the RGB camera subsystem shows the screen from the
camera correctly.Enabling the L500 Depth Sensor subsystem shows the
warning "First frame took more than 15000ms to arrive!". No streams
showing the depth map or infrared map show up, even after waiting a few
minutes. In another Intel RealSense L515 device we have, an analogous test
shows the depth map and infrared map flawlessly as soon as the L500 Depth
Sensor subsystem is enabled.
