    Hi David,

    I apologize for not responding to you sooner. 

    Based on your description of the issue, your L500 Series::L515​ is faulty and should be returned or exchanged.

     

     

    IMPORTANT - READ

    In your issue description to Intel RealSense Store Support write, "I have contacted RealSense technical support and agent Yu Meng​ confirmed that my camera is faulty. The RealSense technical support ticket number is 17039​."

     

    • If you did not purchase the unit from the Intel Store, contact your distributor for a return.
