My L515 stopped working after firmware upgrade

I got my l515 camera the other day.
It worked for a short while in Unity and the Viewer, but now it does not.
No frames are received.

I installed the latest SDK and I updated the firmware through the the RealSense viewer. And now it won't work in the viewer or in Unity.

It can display the RGB but not the depth.

I tried connecting it to a different computer and got the same result.

I tried changing the firmware are manually to a couple of different versions and none of them work.

I have a feeling that the first firmware upgrade through the viewer messed up. Is there any way to do a firmware reset set on the device?

I think I have tried everything else in the similar posts to this, I feel like I might need to return it for a replacement.
