RealSense L515 can't be detected after firmware update

Hi,

I got a message in the realsense viewer asking me to update from 01.05.04.01 to 1.5.8.1 for 'critical bug fixes and unlock new camera capabilities' during the first boot up. I did so and there's an error which then lead to an incomplete update. The camera can't be detected after that.

I tried the solution offered here:

but it's not working since the camera can't be detected.

Do you have any solution to that?

Can you share the screenshot of your device manager with the camera node expanded as shown in the attached picture?
