L515 Fatal error (16) on Windows RealSense Viewer

I installed RealSense SDK in Windows 10 and connected L515 through USB 3. It worked fine for like 15 minutes and then suddenly there was no camera feed (except the RGB feed) with "no frames received" message. A notification appeared on the top right corner with the message "Severity: Error
Description: Fatal error occurred (16)".

I changed the computer (another PC with windows 10 with Intel processor), flipped the mini-USB cable orientation but nothing worked. Also the red light on the front of the device is not visible now.

Is there any fix for this by now? Or I need to return the device :( ?

    can i use the L515 for outdoor purpose like depth sensing in outdoor
