Real Sense ID API in Server Mode
Hi,
We need a little help understanding the purpose and structure of Real Sense ID API in Server Mode.
More specifically, we would like to use F455 together with Real Sense ID API in Server Mode. There would be multiple POS devices equipped with F455 and one server that stores faceprints and identifies users using RealSenseID API in Server Mode. Obviously, the communication between POS and server would be over the internet.
We are digging into the documentation on GitHub as well as the sample for Android. We are having trouble understanding how to achieve this scenario. For as much as we understood, first, we need to set up Real Sense ID software on a host server. The software stores the database of faceprints and performs authentication upon the client's request. Now, on the client (in our case it is Android) we call one of server mode methods to either enroll or authenticate. In the end, the host replies to the client with the result.
How do we specify the address of the host on the client? In other words, how does the client know where is the host or which API to use to set the address?
