    Please share with us the screenshot of the RealSense Viewer. Also, try to downgrade the firmware version to the previous one, does it make any difference?

    The RealSense Viewer does not detect any device.

    I cannot access my camera.

    I tried to change the USB cable and other laptops but the result is the same.
