L515 connection problem

I connect the L515 to the computer USB3.0, but nothing happens and the Intel RealSense Viewer cannot read it. How can I fix this?

Have you tried to connect the camera with another PC? Does the issue still persist?

Please ensure that you use the cable that comes with the camera.
