L515 not recognized by Realsense Viewer but well detected in device manager

Hello,

I have a problem with a brand new L515 camera under Windows 11. When plugged in it seems well detected in the Device Manager but isn't detected by Intel realsense viewer or the firmware updater ("nothing to do") or by the python library example scripts.

What could be the issue?

    Thank you for contacting us.

     

    Could you please share the screenshot of the Device Manager with the cameras node expanded as shown in the picture attached? And please ensure that you are using the cable that comes with the camera.

     

    Also, please share with us your RealSense Viewer screenshot.

    Thank you for your reply.

    There is no node of the camera in my device manager and I am using the cable that came with the camera.

    I am attaching all the screens shot below.

    Hello 19ucs084,

     

    It seems like the system didn't detect RealSense L515 as a camera. Could you please test the camera with another system and see if the same issue persists?
