Infrared stream buttons don't appear in RealSense Viewer

Hello,

When using with D435 on Windows 10 2019 LTEC, Infrared stream buttons don't appear in RealSense Viewer in 2 out of 4 systems.

It seems to connect with USB 3.2. May I ask if someone would know the reason?

Hi Shigeyoshi Ohara This is an issue that should be correctable by using the procedure in the link below to completely uninstall the Depth and RGB drivers from the Windows Device Manager and then automatically re-install them.
