Thanks for suggestions . Before posting the problem of curvature I tried all the methods you described above. Today I again use tare calibration recalibration. The result are same as of previous.

Currently calibration is done by using using version 2.11 of the Dynamic Calibrator. The results uploaded in post are from Dynamic Calibrator 2.11.0.0.
