When using a software activation tool, follow these guidelines: 1. When entering information in fields, be sure to remove any leading or trailing spaces. 2. Serial number is listed on the camera and camera box. 3. Enter the exact email you used when registering for the software. 4. Only one trial license key per user is allowed.

The product key can be found in the activation email you received after registering for the Intel® RealSense™ Software.

The serial number can be found on the product packaging and on the camera itself.
